CANDIDIQ operates on a contingent search model. That means no upfront payments. Services rendered become billable only when a candidate has been successfully placed into a role. This is a risk-free outcome driven model.

What if a hire leaves after placement?

CANDIDIQ stands behind the quality of the candidates we put forth which is why we offer a 6 month guarantee. If hires leave within 6 months of joining, we will find you new candidates at no additional cost with the utmost priority.
